【国際コース】　Stanford Future Innovators Seminar — A Milestone for Our Clark Students

　先月、国際コースの生徒たちは、スタンフォード大学副学部長(教員育成担当)のイヴォンヌ(ボニー)・マルドナード博士による「フューチャー・イノベーターズ・セミナー」に参加するという貴重な機会を得ることができました。
　「目的に基づくリーダーシップ」「イノベーションの促進」「自己認識」をテーマにしたセッションを通じて、生徒たちはビジョンと誠実さを持ってリードすることの本当の意味を学びました。これらは、生徒たちが将来どのような道に進んでも役立つスキルです。世界的な保健研究や大学運営における実際の事例を基に、協働・心理的安全性・共有ビジョンの構築について深く考える機会となりました。
　この経験は、生徒たちが将来どのような分野に進んでも、思慮深く自信を持ったリーダーへと成長する助けとなることでしょう。

This month, students from our Sapporo Odori Campus International Course had the remarkable opportunity to take part in the Stanford Future Innovators Seminar, led by Dr. Yvonne (Bonnie) Maldonado, Stanford University’s Vice Provost for Faculty Advancement. Through sessions on purpose-driven leadership, fostering innovation, and self-awareness, students explored what it truly means to lead with vision and integrity — skills that will serve them in any path they choose. Drawing on real case studies from global health research and university leadership, the seminar challenged students to think critically about collaboration, psychological safety, and building a shared vision with others. This is an invaluable experience that will help shape our students into thoughtful, confident leaders — wherever their futures take them.
