【国際コース】　「Production」授業　～お祭りを題材としたプロジェクト型学習～

　今日のプロジェクト型英語学習の授業では、お祭りについて話す方法を学びました。食べ物、服、音楽、踊り、そしてさまざまな伝統を表す形容詞をたくさん使いました。
　新しい語彙を楽しく覚えるために、「反対語ゲーム」をしました。一人の生徒が「甘い」などの形容詞を言い、相手は「酸っぱい」などの反対の意味の言葉を言います。このゲームで多くの新しい単語を覚えることができました。

　これらの形容詞を覚えて、最初の大きなプロジェクトに取り組みます。プロジェクトでは、他の国のお祭りを調べて、日本のお祭りと比べて発表します。世界の文化を学ぶ楽しい方法です！

Today in our Project-Based Learning English class, we learned how to talk about festivals. We used many adjectives to describe food, clothes, music, dancing, and other fun festival traditions. To practice vocabulary, we played a game called “The Opposites.” One student said an adjective, like “sweet,” and the other student gave the opposite word, like “spicy.” This helped us learn many new words. We are learning these adjectives to prepare for our first big project. Each student will research a festival from another country and compare it to a Japanese festival. It’s a fun way to learn about culture!
