Welcoming the Start of a New Semester
We had a ceremony to welcome back everyone for the new semester.
Clark students filled the beautiful Nerima Cultural Center to welcome each other back and prepare for the new semester.
新学期を迎えるにあたって、全員を歓迎する式典が行われました。クラーク生たちは美しい練馬文化センターに集い、お互いを歓迎しながら新学期への準備を整えました。
Showing Curiosity Through Student Inquiry Presentations
Selected students also made unique presentations about their chosen: inquiry and exploration projects about various topics.
These were interesting and detailed but some of them a little bit complicated because of their specialized knowledge. Everyone could learn something new and interesting.
Building Confidence Through Dynamic MC Performances
Students and teachers really made the atmosphere lively with their charismatic and entertaining MC skills.
This is a great opportunity for students to become familiar with commanding a stage, developing stage presence, and conquering a fear that so many people seem to have; public speaking.
Our students did a fantastic job.
生徒と教師陣は、カリスマ的で楽しい司会進行で会場を大いに盛り上げました。これは生徒たちが舞台を掌握する力、存在感を高めること、そして多くの人々が抱える「人前で話すことへの恐怖」を克服する絶好の機会です。生徒たちの活躍は素晴らしかったです。
Recharged After Winter Break and Ready for a New Beginning
It was great to see everyone recharged from having a winter vacation, and ready to study hard to complete this year of education.
Seeing friends reunite, and hearing about their holiday adventures was exciting.
