【留学】春の保護者イベント:生徒が語る留学のリアル!
Describing experiences studying abroad

On Saturday, our students explained Clark’s study abroad program to parents who had shown interest. The students described their experiences studying abroad while presenting facts about different countries, including Australia, New Zealand, Hawaii, Indonesia, and South Korea. Some of the students had been to Springfield and talked about their experience there with their host families. They answered the parents’ questions enthusiastically, and the parents left the booth with a satisfied smile on their faces.
“I miss my life in Australia.”

When I asked one student about his experience, he said, “ I really liked Vegemite!” and “I miss my life in Australia.” I felt that he really had a wonderful time studying abroad.
ある生徒に留学体験について尋ねたところ、「ベジマイトが本当に好きだった!」とか「オーストラリアでの生活が恋しい」と答えてくれました。彼は本当に充実した留学生活を送ったのだなと感じました。
Opportunities to interact with people around the world
Although there are a lot of challenges and factors to consider when making a decision to study abroad, I believe that the experiences that students gain from it are incomparable. It is something that they will remember for the rest of their lives. I hope that many students in Clark can have more opportunities to interact with people around the world.
